What is it?

Our Summer Program is for families of children ages 6 weeks-PreK to provide a place for learning, social interaction, and fun during the summer months. This 5-day program offers full-time, part-time, and early drop-off options to meet the needs of a variety of family and work schedules. Our summer program will also offer the possibility of three days a week or 2 days a week as space allows. See below for more information about this option.

What to Know

Our summer program is connected to our preschool but has a separate enrollment from our school-year Preschool program. You do not have to be a part of our school-year Preschool program in order to enroll your child in our summer program. Also, families who only enroll in our summer program are not automatically enrolled in our school-year Preschool program. Enrollment

Summer Program enrollment begins on January 12, 2026. The Summer Program is a separate program option from our School Year program and must be applied for separately. Enrollment in the Summer Program does not guarantee placement in the School Year Program.

Summer Dates & Options

  • The 2026 Summer Program will run from June 1 - July 31 with a one week vacation closure from June 29 - July 3

  • Options are: Core Program 8 am-1 pm; Full Program 8 am-4 pm; Early Drop-off option at 7:30 am.

Split Option

  • Our Summer Program will also have the option for families to choose 3 days a week or 2 days a week as space allows. Families enrolling in the 5-day program are given first priority for available spots.

  • The 3-day option will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and the 2-day option will be Thursday and Friday. We are sorry, but we are not able to negotiate different days of the week for the 3/2 day split.

Fees & Payment Options

Summer Program Enrollment Fee: $30 per child
(this fee is non-refundable but will hold your spot in the program)
 
The Summer Program Enrollment Fee will be waived for anyone who is also enrolling their child in our school-year Preschool program.

Payment Options

  • Tuition is charged for the entire 8 week program and can be paid in monthly installments or by a one-time payment. In some cases, families can receive approval to pay on a different installment plan after consultation with the Head of School and School Administrator. We are sorry but we cannot give credit for days missed when on a contract basis.
  • Families opting to pay via credit card through Brightwheel will incur an additional 2.95% fee for each transaction to cover the operating cost of this service.
  • Families not wanting to incur fees for tuition payments will need to set up ACH bank withdrawal through Brightwheel (preferred). In some cases, families can receive approval to pay via check or cash after consultation with the Head of School and School Administrator.
