CORE PROGRAM
The Core Program is our traditional morning preschool program that is designed to meet the needs of families who may have more flexible daytime scheduling or non-traditional working hours. Children who are only enrolled in the Core Program will still receive all they need to prepare them for a lifetime of learning in a Christian-based environment that strives towards educational excellence.

FULL PROGRAM
The Full Program is designed to meet the needs of families with more traditional Monday-Friday work schedules who still want their children to have access to high-quality education in a Christian environment. Enrollment in our Full Program automatically includes your child in our Core Preschool Program but also offers opportunities for Extended Learning into the afternoon that are designed to build upon the core concepts taught in the morning preschool class.

SUMMER PROGRAM
Our Summer Program is for families of children ages 6 weeks-PreK to provide a place for learning, social interaction, and fun during the summer months. This program offers full-time, part-time, and early drop-off options to meet the needs of a variety of family and work schedules. Class Tuition
All classes and flexible options operate on a 5 day a week, school year calendarr.

Infant Class (6 weeks to 12 months)
• Core Program (8:30-11:30 am) – $4,440 a school year
• Full Program (8:30 am-4 pm; Core + Extended Learning) – $7,955 a school year
One-Year-Old Class (12-23 months)
• Core Program (8:30-11:30 am) – $4,255 a school year
• Full Program (8:30 am-4 pm; Core + Extended Learning) – $7,770 a school year
Two-Year-Old Class
• Core Program (8:30-11:30 am) – $4,070 a school year
• Full Program (8:30 am-4 pm; Core + Extended Learning) – $7,215 a school year
Three-Year-Old Class
• Core Program (8-11:30 am) – $3,515 a school year
• Full Program (8am-4pm; Core + Extended Learning) – $6,290 a school year

*In the Three-year-old class, there will be an additional weekly fee of $10 for children who are not fully potty trained. The additional fee will be removed when the child is fully potty trained.

flexible options
Lunch Bunch (11:30am-1pm)
• Infants, 1’s, 2’s – $1,480 a school year
• 3’s, 4’s, Pre-K – $1,295 a school year
*This option is for those only enrolled in our Core Program who would like to extend the time your child is in our care. This option is great for practicing socialization skills and to extend out your child’s educational enrichment for an additional hour.

*The fee for Lunch Bunch is already included in the cost of tuition for students enrolled in the Full Program. Only people enrolled in the Core Program (1/2 day option) need to register separately for lunch bunch if they would like their child to participate.
Early Drop-off and Late Pick-up Options
Day Breakers (7 am drop-off)
• Infants to 2’s (7-8:25 am) – $925 a school year
• 3’s to Pre-K (7-7:55 am) – $740 a school year
Early Bird (7:30 am drop-off)
• Infants to 2’s (7:30-8:25 am) – $555 a school year
• 3’s to Pre-K (7:30-7:55 am) – $370 a school year

* The difference in times and price for Early Bird is to coordinate with the staggered start times of the Core Programs. These staggered starts times are designed to benefit the child in their transition into the building for preschool and to aid the traffic flow for drop-off.
Late Pick-up (4-4:30pm)
• All Ages – $370 a school year
Fees and Payment Options
Yearly Fees

Enrollment Fee: $155 per child (this fee is non-refundable but will hold your spot in the program)

Activity Fee: $150 per child (the fee is refundable should you decide not to send your child before the school year begins)
Payment Options and Credit Card Fees

Tuition is charged at an annual rate that can be paid in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly installments or by a one-time payment. We are sorry, but we cannot give credit for days missed on a contract basis.

Families opting to pay via credit card through Brightwheel will incur an additional 2.95% fee for each transaction to cover the operating cost of this service.

Families not wanting to incur fees for tuition payments will need to set up ACH bank withdrawal through Brightwheel (preferred). In some cases, families can receive approval to pay via check or cash after consultation with the Head of School and School Administrator.
